    CCC Jumpstart Summer Internship Program

    Our program is designed to #CCCJumpstart your career! At CCC, you will work and learn alongside innovative and inspiring leaders and gain valuable experience working on real business solutions in a corporate setting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in unique events throughout the summer from professional development workshops to Lunch and Learn events with CCC colleagues and leaders.

     

    Job Duties

    Joining CCC as a Salesforce Support and Analytics Intern, you will gain experience with Salesforce data analytics, service and sales operations. You will work directly with our Services, Sales Operations and Finance groups in an agile environment and contribute to building cutting-edge operational applications.

     

    As a Salesforce Support and Analytics Intern you will work on a variety of projects utilizing Salesforce’s latest technology.

    • Salesforce Project(s)
      • Salesforce Service and Sales Analytics – Design and pilot Einstein reporting capabilities with the Salesforce Admin team
      • Salesforce CPQ (Quoting) Configuration
        • partner with the Salesforce Admin team to
          • document quoting requirements
          • configure and test some of the functionality
      • Salesforce SSO and Microsoft Azure – system testing

     

    • Daily Salesforce Support
      • Partner with the admin team to troubleshoot users’ issues and deliver user enhancements
        • Add and remove users
        • Cleanse data
        • Build user reports
      • Support ticket maintenance and reporting

    If you have completed your junior year at a top-tier university and have demonstrated excellence in your academic studies, this opportunity is right for you.
