Program Overview:

Stats Perform summer internship program is a paid 10 week full-time internship. Interns work together and individually within the organization to gain valuable experience and make an impact in sports technology. Not only will Stats Perform Interns have hands on experience in their field of study but there are awesome perks too! There will be luncheons, a major league baseball game, an end-of-summer presentation, and other activities.


Position Overview:

 

The Learning & Development Intern post is crucial to the delivery of quality learning opportunities within Stats Perform for employees at all levels. This intern will support the Learning & Development team, to organize, analyze, develop and support training in all areas relevant to business needs.

 

What You'll Do: 


Supporting the L&D team through;

· Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)

· Preparation and subsequent administration and communications for face to face training courses

· Booking external training events and conferences where necessary

· Supporting with induction and onboarding organization and events

· Managing the Internal Training inbox

· Analyzing training events and providing high level summaries

· Updating learning documentation

· Managing the document management system (SharePoint)

· Building relationships with relevant stakeholders

· Undertaking other duties as may be required by the L&D team such as ad-hoc project work

· Other development opportunities such as; learning video design and recording, learning content creation, shadowing or co-facilitating training delivery, supporting wider HR projects

What You'll Need:


· Effective communication skills

· Administrative skills

· Planning and organizational skills

· Service orientation

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Learning & Development and/or human psychology, or related degree programs
