YOUR TEAM:

• You will be part of the core Platform as a Service offering; The Intelligent Automation Development team is building the core machine learning/AI/predictive analytics technology that will power revenue generating business use-cases using customer data to predict desired outcomes automatically; hence delivering a manifold increase in productivity of business processes of ServiceNow customers. The team focuses on operationalizing machine learning and predictive analytics use cases for all ServiceNow business applications. 

what you’ll be doing: 

• This internship will give you an opportunity to work on complex machine learning solutions. It will involve prototyping ML solutions and developing tests for existing ML solutions. You will also have opportunities to collaborate on multitudes of smaller projects with universal appeal - which requires research, investigation, awareness, interactivity, and asking questions. 

WHO YOU ARE: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship.
• Completed projects or foundational classes focused on Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Have experience implementing projects using one or more languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
• Have awareness of Machine Learning concepts such as classification, regression, clustering.
• Have awareness of text processing and representation using machine learning methods.
