Job Description:

Rightpoint is looking for a qualified intern to join our Marketing team. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing. This role is part-time during the school year and up to full-time during the breaks/summers. We can provide a flexible work schedule to work around classes etc.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for supporting the marketing team.
• Assist in coordination of marketing content and messaging.
• Assist in coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and private events.
• Provide support for marketing reporting through data review of prospects and opportunities using Pardot and Salesforce.
• Publish social media content and participate in building out new culture-focused campaigns (this will be accomplished by working with office managers, etc.).
• Provide support of social media efforts, including loading blog content into our CMS (Sitecore).
• General presentation support.
• Assist with marketing bi-weekly and news emails.
• Organize and create inventory of marketing equipment and giveaways
• Support PR efforts (award submissions, deadlines, and deliverables)

Requirements

Company is looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Sales, Communication or Marketing.

This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, Excel and Sitecore experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
