Job Description
Motorola Solutions runs a state of the art corporate network, optimized for the delivery of voice, data, and video around the globe. The global network operations team utilizes a suite of powerful network management system tools to monitor, maintain and analyze system performance. This position will partner with our operations and network tools teams to analyze, integrate and automate innovative solutions that will optimize network operations.
You will gain knowledge of network technology by working closely with tier 1 and tier 2 support teams as well as hands on experience with an ecosystem of management tools.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with network operations and tools engineers to integrate and automation innovative solutions with third party vendors and tools.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues identified and document test results.
Initiate and participate in production rollout processes.
Collaborate with other teams in IT and with our business stakeholders.
Maintain a level of urgency towards timelines and results.
Basic Requirements
Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in one of the following degree programs: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems.
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with a graduation date on or after December 2021
Experience in a programming language like Java or Python, Perl or similar.
