Online Customer Experience Internship

Zoro is currently offering one paid internship for a passionate & driven individual interested in joining our team for the summer of 2019. This is a full-time opportunity and will start early June and end in late August. The start and end dates can be flexible based on your semester schedule.
Position Description
Learn the tools, skills, and behaviors to successfully see a customer experience initiative (or website feature) through from customer feedback to product release. Start from the beginning by developing a product vision. From there, learn how to write user stories and acceptance criteria to see that product vision become a reality. Throughout the process, engage with the Agile process through user experience testing/research, user interface design, and software development.
Position Requirements:
Qualities we're looking for: Interested in Agile software development, UX, project management, or product management. Motivated and driven (able to see a project through to completion). People person/good communicator - able to work with lots of different people to get things done. Possible majors include Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or similar.
