What you will contribute:
  • Project Collaboration. Pick up tasks around office and quickly collaborate with different roles to find a solution. Further, recognize the opportunity to collaborate different departments that were previously uninvolved.
  • General Office Improvements. Recognize areas of the office operationally or otherwise that could use general improvement, propose and rapidly execute.
  • One-off Tasks. Quickly and efficiently complete operational tasks without delay and recognize when outside roles are necessary to complete such tasks.
  • Actively work to make current operations more efficient with minimal human capital/involvement. Individual should be creative, inquisitive and comfortable with exploring and experimenting with new software or ideas provided they are productive and relevant in nature to all involved task.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Onboarding and Off boarding employees
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in the office
  • Willingness to learn in the IT environment and take on additional responsibilities
  • Maintenance of office which can include: employee workstation set-up, vendor interactions, system and tools oversight
You have:
  • Graduating Senior
  • Willing to constantly learn, improve and adapt quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • A strong proficiency in excel along with a basic technical understanding is a huge plus.
  • Proficient organizational skills and ability to use project management software i.e. Basecamp
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks that rely on many different outside roles.
  • Desire to learn inner workings and the functions of all roles within a tech company.
  • Ability take small tasks and recognize the opportunity for efficiency.
  • 1 year in a help desk or previous operations internship
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google products

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
