Job Description:

Neighborhoods.com is searching for hard-working, detail-oriented individuals to help improve our website. We provide information about hundreds of thousands of neighborhoods around the country in order to assist consumers in their real estate searches. Our website not only helps people find their perfect home, it also helps them find their ideal neighborhood.

The Neighborhood.com Photo Editor Intern will be responsible for assisting the ordering, editing, and uploading of custom photos and copy to our site.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
• Self-starter who looks for opportunities to contribute
• Detail-oriented and able to focus on specific tasks
• Experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop is a plus

What You'll be Doing:

• Hiring photographers and coordinating photo shoots in assigned areas
• Organizing existing photos and new photoshoots
• Editing, resizing, and uploading photos
• Researching upcoming markets and communities
• Fielding photo requests from partner agents and the editorial team
• Auditing existing photos for quality and appropriate citation
• Creating urban polygons as necessary

Benefits:

• Must be available to work 20-35 hours per week, M-F.
• If applicable, we'll cooperate with ensuring you receive course credit and schedule around your classes.
• Pay is $12/hr. Internship will last 3 months.
