Department OverviewMotorola’s Software Enterprise organization is a fast-paced organization at the front line of driving growth throughout Motorola Solutions. Our team is chartered to define and drive the implementation of our growth strategies across our Software Enterprise portfolio. We collaborate closely across all functions in the company, including sales, CTO, corporate strategy, ventures, and corporate development.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll build upon pricing and portfolio management experiences to help define and drive launch and sales enablement initiatives for our Software Enterprise. This role will have high visibility to Motorola’s senior leadership and give opportunities to collaborate across the entire business. The level of exposure and meaningfulness of the work will provide a great opportunity for future advancement within the corporation.
Maintain and optimize new product introduction release readiness process
Analyze and translate data into actionable recommendations
Help drive the transformation from individually sold point products to tiered suite subscriptions
Understand the competitive landscape and Motorola Solutions’ competitive position to inform the portfolio pricing strategy
Develop data and fact-based product pricing models and metrics and identify potential pricing risks/opportunities
Basic Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a business / pricing / finance focus.
