Paylocity is looking for an ambitious, organized, and deadline-oriented Product Strategy Intern. This hands-on role will offer you opportunities to work alongside senior product leaders to understand the voice of the customer, emerging trends and how to translate that into a product strategy. This intern will report to the Senior Director of Product and Tech Development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
If you have what it takes to join the Paylocity team, you will work among top talent in a fast-paced team and growing technology company. Your responsibilities may include:
• Research emerging 'future of work' technologies by reviewing white papers, product demonstrations, and user interviews
• Participate in sales feedback analysis to identify product factors in prospect wins and losses
• Support our competitive intelligence operations by cataloging publicly available product and corporate information
• Develop and deliver a capstone presentation about a 'future of work' topic
• Additional duties as assigned
WHERE YOU'LL WORK: Remote
WHO YOU ARE
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program working toward a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation between December 2022 and May/June 2023
• Excellent writing, editing and document organizational skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team player attitude and willing to jump in wherever necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to learn more about marketing and communications
• Experience with MS office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with gig-economy (Uber, Lyft, Doordash, etc.) a plus!
