Job Description Summary
CCC Jumpstart Summer Internship Program Our program is designed to jumpstart your career! At CCC, you will work and learn alongside innovative and inspiring leaders and gain valuable experience working on real business solutions in a corporate setting. You will also have an opportunity to participate in unique events throughout the summer from professional development workshops to Lunch and Learn events with CCC colleagues and leaders.
Job Duties
This opportunity is a paid, full-time, summer internship. There will be two cohorts for the upcoming CCC Jumpstart class:
- May 18th, 2020 – August 14th, 2020
- June 22nd, 2020 – September 11th, 2020
As a software engineering intern on the Research & Development team at CCC, you will be collaborating with other R&D engineers to create new products and services utilizing the latest and greatest technologies. You should be able to efficiently learn and implement new technologies. An ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, can quickly adapt to changes, and has a superior problem-solving mindset.
Local candidates preferred; there will be no housing offered.
Qualifications
- Junior or Senior, and/or, master’s in computer science or another similar field
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Python web frameworks like Django and Flask
- Experience with JavaScript and a frontend framework such as React, VYe.js, or Angular
- Experience deploying applications with cloud provider (i.e. AWS, GCP. Azure, etc.)
- Experience with Docker
- Quick learner and eager to learn new things
