Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Familiarity with Google Drive (Slide, Docs, Sheets)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with an attention to detail
• Capability to work independently in a fast paced team environment
• Strong organization skills - managing small projects or multiple tasks
• Junior or senior level course work in college
• Major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business, and/or Marketing
A day in the life of a GTM Enablement Intern
- You will support Showpad’s enablement team by contributing to enablement programs such as: product storytelling, new employee on-boarding, and evaluating tools & processes that drive efficiency across the sales organization
• Gather data (via customer interviews, SalesForce reporting, and meetings with members of the sales and customer success teams) and synthesize it into content that helps drive productivity
• Utilize learning strategies to equip our global teams incl. e-learning and accreditation programs
• Supply content to sales playbooks that enable our sales force to sell more deftly and effectively
• Duties will include analyzing asset and file usage, training internal users on the tool, seller interviews and routine maintenance activities
• Drive increased attendance for our training sessions by enforcing easy access to the training schedules and the enrollment process
• Partnering with SME session facilitators, LMS administrator, and other liaisons to ensure that training attendance / completion is tracked and recorded in the appropriate systems
• Content development and deployment - Support the production and deployment of training content and resources
• Customer satisfaction survey management - Support improvement initiatives for an efficient process for collecting and reporting on a survey across our core training programs
