GTreasury is currently looking to hire a sharp and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our growing team during Summer 2020. The Sales Operations Intern will gain valuable experience supporting our Sales team with a focus of assisting with reporting, communications, process improvements, general administrative support, and other projects as assigned namely around data quality. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

What you will do:

Project Management:

  • Assist the Director of Sales Operations in identifying projects to improve the quality of GTreasury’s Salesforce.com database
  • Create a timeline and project plan to complete said projects within acceptable limits of time and quality
  • Execute on created project plans within the time requirements

Reporting:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to determine metrics and data to help run GTreausury’s business more smoothly
  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations in the creation of reports utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Train and present newly built reports and dashboards to select members of the Sales team
  • Lead Database Augmentation:
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to identify the proper customer profile of contacts
  • Utilize GTreasury’s technology stack to augment the Salesforce.com database with the best possible prospects to market and sell
  • Partner with the Business Development team in special projects surrounding trade shows, webinars, white paper releases, etc.

Who we are looking for:

  • Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & service-oriented attitude
  • Team player with ability to act on own initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - namely Excel
  • Data management experience a plus
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Pursuing BS/BA, with preference to juniors and seniors
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
