What You'll Bring
Pursuing bachelors degree in Business or related field
Experience with Excel and some familiarity with Tableau
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute as and individual and within a team
Impact You'll Make
Analyze the effectiveness of the sales compensation plans by looking at key metrics.
Build & package information for sellers to monitor and improve their own performance.
Prioritize, define, and build new or improved Sales processes.
Draft & maintain project deliverables such as status reports, project charter, project plans, process flows, and training materials.
Schedule and attend meetings to contribute and collaborate on team deliverables.
Contribute to team efforts to execute and improve existing Sales Effectiveness processes.
Give end-of-summer presentation on internship highlights.
