Sales Support Internship - Year Round Internship
What You'll Bring:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business, and/or Marketing
- Currently a junior or senior in college
- Moderate understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Strong organization skills – managing small projects or multiple tasks
Impact You'll Make:
- Training delivery - Support the successful delivery and adoption of training programs.
- Manage virtual training sessions in WebEx with the Learning System Administrator – ensuring that sessions are scheduled and registrations are set up in the Learning Portal.
- Drive increased attendance for our training sessions by enforcing easy access to the training schedules and the enrollment process.
- Assist in the facilitation of webinar sessions, as needed, by providing presenters support with the WebEx technical operations.
- Partnering with session facilitators, system administrators, and others to ensure that training attendance/completion is tracked and recorded in the learning system.
- Assist with the deployment of training content by publishing resources to the Learning Portal and the appropriate Sales Readiness platforms – and ensure that sellers are provided quick and seamless access to these resources.
- Assist with the recording, editing, production, and publishing of webinars – using WebEx, Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia.
- Customer satisfaction survey management – Support improvement initiatives for an efficient process for collecting and reporting on surveys across our core training programs
- Assist with the standardization of survey forms and processes for collecting feedback from learners and content contributors
- Recommend approach for summarizing, reporting and communicating survey results
*This will be a part-time ongoing internship located in Chicago with a start date of December/January*

- Our Internship Program start dates are determined by your academic calendar! If on Semester system, your internship begins May 27th, 2020. If on Quarter system, your internship begins June 15th, 2020.
