Job Description Summary
CCC Jumpstart Summer Internship Program Our program is designed to #CCCJumpstart your career! At CCC, you will work and learn alongside innovative and inspiring leaders and gain valuable experience working on real business solutions in a corporate setting. You will also have an opportunity to participate in unique events throughout the summer from professional development workshops to Lunch and Learn events with CCC colleagues and leaders. Joining CCC as a Salesforce Support Intern, you will gain experience with Salesforce support for service and sales operations. You will work directly with our Services, Sales Operations and Finance groups in an agile environment and contribute to building cutting-edge operational applications and analytical models. You will also support our organization in transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. As a Salesforce Support Intern you will work on a variety of initiatives utilizing Salesforce’s latest technology, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning Migration.
Job Duties
This opportunity is a paid, full-time, summer internship. There will be two cohorts for the upcoming CCC Jumpstart class:
May 18th, 2020 - August 14th, 2020
June 22nd, 2020 – September 11th, 2020
- Primary Salesforce Project
- Salesforce Lightning Migration – Collaborating with the rest of the Salesforce Team to test and mitigate risks, as well as design, implement & present Lightning capabilities to key internal stakeholders
- Core Salesforce Skill-building & Support
- In order to build a strong skill set with Salesforce core fundamentals, you will partner with the rest of the Salesforce team to troubleshoot users’ issues and deliver user enhancements. Key competencies you will acquire include:
- Analyzing & documenting user requirements
- Adding and removing users
- Data cleansing
- User report building
- Support ticket maintenance and reporting
- Other Salesforce administration functions
- In order to build a strong skill set with Salesforce core fundamentals, you will partner with the rest of the Salesforce team to troubleshoot users’ issues and deliver user enhancements. Key competencies you will acquire include:
