The Global Operations Team supports our International sales organizations in customer engagement, strategic account planning, operational efficiency and capability development. Team members perform tasks that support the sales organization and business operations in the implementation of global capabilities.
What You'll BringBA or BS degree in business or equivalent. Master degree preferred.
Experience working with technical business units and proficiency in learning new technology is preferred under limited direction and supervision.
Must have at least 3 years’ experience working within a customer organization interacting with all aspects of business including IT, analytics, operations, legal, compliance, product and sales.
Must have advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools such as manipulating complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reports. Solid knowledge using Power Point and managing presentation materials. Salesforce.com, Access and Tableau experience is preferred.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders are required.

Proven ability to extract insights, trends and themes from data and able to communicate the storyboard and guide the direction of the end user in a succinct and efficient manner.
Strong ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, prioritizing tasks according to business needs and seeking to contribute significantly.
Impact You'll MakeExtract and analyze data from internal systems, such as SalesForce, Tableau, Denali and our various databases to create revenue reports of trends, forecasts and variances to prepare content for analyzing and benchmarking performance across the regions, increasing sales performance or remediating downward trends.
Primary liaison with finance for capturing, collating and reporting on sales performance to quota results and administering into the sales excellence programs for CRO.
Creatively engage and influence global teams towards sales reporting best practices.
Work closely with compensation in providing analytical support, modelling support for the region on suggested compensation changes across the regions.
Own the completion of various ad-hoc projects for sales and management in the areas of process improvements, external data research, operational efficiencies, and other metrics and reporting as needed.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the TransUnion solutions, services, software and systems.
Gather insights, review market plans and help with insights that will support team with the development of global sales and operational strategies.
Assist with various aspects of the global operation processes.
Support other projects as required.
