What will you be doing?
Be a part of our Customer Operations Internship program to gain real business experience. Be a part of our operations team. Be a part of something different.
With our extensive training and mentorship program, you will quickly become comfortable with the transportation industry, technology used, and how to build and operate carrier portfolios. Once training is complete, you will be paired with a mentor that will coach you throughout the Summer and share best practices. As an intern you will gain hands on experience and will be a part of the Customer Operations department. As a Customer Operations Intern you will be on the front lines of executing daily operations for customers' shipments. You will build and schedule shipments in a timely manner and then track the shipment for delivery. MoLo prides ourselves on great customer service, therefore you will be responsible for escalating any issues and handling all incidents to ensure the shipment is serviced.
