What will you be doing?
Be a part of our Customer Operations Internship program to gain real business experience. Be a part of our operations team. Be a part of something different.
With our extensive training and mentorship program, you will quickly become comfortable with the transportation industry, technology used, and how to build and operate customer portfolios. Once training is complete, you will be paired with a mentor that will coach you throughout the summer and share best practices. As an intern, you will gain hands on experience and will be a part of the Customer Operations department. As a Customer Operations Intern, you will be on the front lines of executing daily operations for customers' shipments. You will build and schedule shipments in a timely manner and then track the shipment for delivery. MoLo prides ourselves on great customer service, therefore you will develop problem solving by escalating any issues and handling all incidents to ensure the shipment is serviced. You will develop multi-tasking skills to excel in this fast paced, dynamic industry.
Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to some of the most prominent companies and help assist in providing our customers with transportation solutions. Throughout the training and mentorship, you will get experience learning about other departments to gain a holistic view of logistics. We will introduce you to key personnel including our CEO and COO, provide you with virtual networking opportunities, and you will complete a virtual presentation at the end of the internship. We are certain that the training and new skills you will acquire during our Summer 2022 Internship will set you up for success and excite you to become involved in the logistics industry!

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our Summer 2022 Customer Operations Internship will be a virtual remote internship with the opportunity to possibly also be in person. We had an extremely successful virtual internship in 2021 and are excited to have a virtual internship again in 2022. We will set you up with a full at home workstation including all the equipment you need to be successful for the duration of the internship.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Undergraduate education at a Junior level standing preferred
- Ambitious individual who is eager to learn
- Team-oriented player
- Highly organized, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
