Summer Intern - Chicago
Yello's Summer Internship Program
Applications for our summer 2019 internship program are now open! This program offers students the opportunity to spend the summer working at a fast-growing tech company in Chicago. Our software enables companies to provide unprecedented speed and transparency throughout the candidate journey so that candidates can find their dream job quickly.
You’ll get hands-on experience in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with mentors from our business operations, business development, or marketing teams. We’re looking for people who are hungry to learn and grow.
Program Dates: June 17, 2019 - August 16, 2019
Compensation: Interns will be paid $15 per hour, and will work 40 hours per week for 8 to 9 weeks. Our internship program does not provide housing or travel stipends.
How You'll Make An Impact
We are offering three types of internships that will work with different departments in our organization:
Marketing: Work with our content team on Yello’s social media on a variety of projects such as writing copy for and scheduling posts, engaging with our community, talking to influencers, doing some photography and working on graphics for posts, and doing research.
Business Development: Collaborate with the leaders of our business development representative team to organize and execute outbound prospecting campaigns. The business development representative (BDR) role is an early-career sales role, and this internship offers an opportunity to experience enterprise sales at a tech company.
Business Operations: This group is our analytical hub, looking at all the metrics and data of the business and sharing insights with the rest of the company. This intern would work on different projects related to business systems, insights, and reporting.
