• Participate in Scrum activities to include daily standups, grooming sessions, work item demonstrations, and review of how changes are documented through the release cycle
• Working in a fast paced, high demand working environment
• Development in an agile environment along with performing code reviews
• Communicating effectively to people from all levels
• Assisting in long term IT projects
• Developing working relationships

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a computing related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Values accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail (looks for ways to improve/promote quality)
• Takes ownership of tasks and independent actions (asks for help when needed)
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Must demonstrate willingness to learn new processes
• Must be professional, show dedication, and perform effectively
