Talent Acquisition Intern
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Ocient Talent Acquisition team! This internship will provide exercised exposure to interview coordination, sourcing strategies, and give you exposure to technical and non-technical recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling candidate interviews in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)
- Assist with the coordination and execution of college career fairs
- Post new positions to external job boards and review incoming applications, routing to the appropriate recruiter, as necessary
- Notify candidates that are not qualified and/or selected for the position
- Work on Talent Acquisition research and projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; HR, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be able to communicate effectively with team members from entry to senior levels
