Saggezza is looking to hire an intern to be part of the Saggezza US Talent Acquisition team based out of our Chicago HQ

The talent acquisition intern will report to the US Talent Acquisition Manager and have the opportunity to work as part of the talent acquisition team that responsible for business partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the business to help to meet the hiring demand across the firm.

After a few weeks of shadowing and training with the Talent Acquisition team the intern will help to support the team with the execution of the full lifecycle recruitment processes for Saggezza including but not limited to understanding the needs of hiring managers, sourcing, screening, qualifying and interviewing.

What You’ll Definitely Need

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in corporate recruiting / human resources industry.
