The Talent Liaison Intern is responsible for working with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in scheduling the various steps, meetings and interviews for the TA team and Hiring Managers across all businesses within Rewards Network. Rewards Network is experiencing tremendous growth and requires an incumbent that can keep many tasks in motion with fluid communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume interview scheduling
• Coordinate outlook calendars for candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm schedules, interview days, and times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities.
• Experience in a technology driven culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
• Experience working with a multi-member People Team.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills along with self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and respond with flexibility.
• Willingness to learn new skills and software applications.
