Training Intern
The Training Team Intern will support Fusion's HR Training Manager who serves as a resource for developing and running training plans for the entire organization. The Training Team Intern will focus on research and assessment of various training content and tools for hard and soft skill identified and prioritized by the training team. They will also assist the Training Manager in developing content and programming in a variant of areas. They will also help to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and find ways to effectively use this tool to deliver content and assess learning. The Training Team Intern will report to the HR Training Manager.
This is a paid undergrad or post-grad internship position with the availability for flexible hours if needed for your school schedule. When approaching the end of the internship, the option for a full- time position will be evaluated but is not guaranteed and should not be expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Training team with a variety of research projects including:
- Researching tools and resources for a variety of skills that the company has identified as needing corporate training
- Assessing and evaluating training resources/content
- Establishing pricing and integrations with our system
You will also take part in developing content for training programs, including:
- Ideation on key ideas and objectives for training
- Administrative work to implement content into our Learning Management System
- Helping record videos and create other artifacts needed for training

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Enrolled in a, or graduated from, a 4-year undergraduate degree program, with a concentration in a related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Strong communication and research skills
- Organized with high levels of personal accountability
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Creative in finding new resources and avenues for content
- Deep critical thinking and problem-solving skills
