 JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER

This is a full-time position for a candidate with 3-6 years of experience. Applications that fall outside of this experience range will not be considered.

Nexus A.I. (formerly ConceptDrop) is a next-generation platform that uses AI and machine learning to help enterprises find freelancers and build internal teams.

The Company’s products are powered through data science, and an algorithmic matching process. Based in Chicago, the Company unveiled a digital marketplace in 2015 (ConceptDrop.com), and have since released NexusTeams.com. ConceptDrop has served over 500 global organizations as clients. The company is backed by a number of leading investors, including 500 Startups, Network Ventures, M25 Group, G2T3V, and Fulcrum Investing.

We would love to find an experienced b2b marketer who can help lead the next phase of our growth. The Marketing Manager would get the chance to join a company at an early stage, build & manage a marketing team, and help establish the Company as a thought leader.

The ideal candidate is a talented content creator, who also understands inbound/paid marketing tactics (social, email, organic, SEM/SEO, DSPs). This role requires strong communication skills , management skills, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

-Manage SEO/SEM execution and analysis

-Oversee content creation, landing pages, customer sequences/cadences, and blogging

-Manage the company's social media profiles and general online presence

-Speak at events, conferences, and represent the company in other PR engagements

-Create and prepare marketing material to support sales efforts

-Provide mentorship and work collaboratively in a startup environment

-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing / funnel performance, and make recommendations for future action

-Help establish the Company brand; make recommendations for future implementation and change

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent work experience; Masters a plus

-At least 3 years of experience with B2B marketing ; startup experience a plus

-Demonstrated experience across all social media channels

-Deep understanding of analytics as a tool to drive future decisions

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Proficiency with Hubspot preferred

-Strong understanding of Google Adwords; experience with DSPs a plus

-Flexible, passionate, and willing to lend a hand in many different functional areas
