Position Details:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for all technical and functional consultations related to Salesforce.com applications. You will lead the development, design, and implementation of large enterprise level projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology roadmaps. This role involves the full system lifecycle, focusing on our Salesforce platform and integrations with other cloud platforms.
You will report to the Manager of Business Systems.
Pay:
This position is salaried and will pay between $120400.00 - $200700.00 with a target bonus of 15%.
The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.
You Will:

  • Lead estimation, analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise level projects related to Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the evaluation, design, and delivery of business capabilities.
  • Define appropriate solutions for business challenges using Salesforce's declarative and programmatic features including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visual Force, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Salesforce Einstein/AI capabilities and SOQL.
  • Apply best practices in Salesforce data modeling, interface design, code development, and testing.
  • Responsible for ensuring Salesforce development standards and best practices.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment using SalesforceDX.
  • Evaluate and recommend architectural changes based on technology and business trends.
  • Lead governance efforts, architecture reviews, and contribute to various methodologies.
  • Establish and lead the code review process.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a mindset of ongoing enhancement.
  • Guide the development and support team during crisis and code red situations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce technology trends to ensure applications are scalable, flexible, secure, and robust.


You Have:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar subject or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of implementation experience, including development, across the full software development lifecycle
  • Have experience with object-oriented languages such as Java,C#.
  • Have experience with web development with HTML/CSS/Javascript.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience working with CTI technology implementations like Cisco integrations, Service Cloud Voice.
  • Experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, interface design, code development, and testing principles.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend technology and business process improvements.
  • Understand the modern software development principles, design and integration patterns including code management, test frameworks and API development (SOAP, REST or microservices).
  • Experience working with the Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology.
  • Understand CI/CD principles and Salesforce code checkin through deployment.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and Salesforce partners.
  • Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technology trends and industry standards.


Preferred :

  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience working with Github actions.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture.
