We are seeking a motivated Global Immigration Coordinator for the coordination and administrative support of our customer's outbound immigration applications. The Coordinator will report to the Head of Global Immigration, will work with all levels of our organization, and will serve as an integral member of our global team.
 

You Will:

·         Support the internal Global team with immigration cases for our customers and foreign nationals requiring Global expertise for countries in North and South America, EMEA, and APAC

·         Be responsible for customer document intake and data entry with 100% error-free completion

·         Draft consular and other support applications for foreign national visa requirements

·         Manage Business Visa Application processes meeting all KPIs for deliverables (usually less than 24-hour turnaround)

·         Conduct research to support other team members both in the Chicago office, and our Canadian, EMEA, and APAC regions

·         Meet all team and individual SLAs for all case work and research - being able to manage a high volume of casework and data entry with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced             environment.  

You Have:

·         Passion for immigration law required

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must - working with internal and external teams and all levels

·         Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task

·         High-energy and results driven attitude

·         Self-motivated and capable of thriving with limited supervision 

·         Knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer software applications
