What You'll Bring
5+ plus years of Office Manager experience
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Highly responsive and team oriented, while also having the ability to work independently
Positive approach to doing tasks and helping team members as asked
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and maintain calm in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
We'd Love to see :
Strong Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred familiarity or at least the ability to learn (Tech savvy) Visio, Legal Tracker, Coupa
Project management experience and experience working with executives
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Impact You'll Make
An integral leading member of the legal operations team, which provides support to the operations and running of the legal department.
Supports executive presentations, including PowerPoint and Visio
Administrative/Routine processing to pay invoices, run AP batch reports, and run other financial processing, including in Legal Tracker
Record retention coordinator for legal department
Office space coordinator for legal department
Business continuity coordinator for legal department
Coordinates logistics for meetings
Some support for tracking metrics and reporting for the legal department, including spreadsheets
Some support for vendor management, systems management
Some support for legal department memberships and employee onboarding
Communicates and interacts (both verbal and written) appropriately with internal clients: (1) to deliver a high level of customer service; and (2) to facilitate coordination and completion of projects
Other tasks as requested to support the efficient and effective running of the legal department
