The Executive Government Advisor is a newly created position as part of Ensono’s SLED vertical tasked with accelerating the acquisition, growth, and management of customers in the SLED vertical. This position will work with the new client acquisition team to assist in new customer engagement cycles and the base client partners to strategize the growth and CSAT of existing customers, while also interfacing with the Product & Marketing team to ensure SLED vertical alignment. Through their involvement and leadership, Ensono’s SLED vertical will expand and accelerate the existing portfolio of services while extending Ensono’s reach with key vendor partners and third-party advisors specific to the SLED vertical.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the SLED team to drive overall Ensono market and technical strategy.
Leverage network of contacts to introduce Ensono and facilitate meetings with Ensono sales executives.
Drive and own lead generation process through business development for potential clients and existing Ensono clients.
Participate in sales cycle for new logo and base client opportunities
Help shape key vertical messaging including marketing, proposals, etc
Provide coaching and guidance to government executives on strategy, technology, and governance that can improve their digital transformation readiness and accelerate adoption.
Help customers build business strategy and change management plans and advise them through the operationalization of the plan
Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal product teams to guide the direction of our offerings.
Present business reviews and provide escalation material to the senior management team regarding our customers’ success and identify roadblocks to customer success and expanding Ensono’s reach in the industry.
Handle a high volume of special projects, engagements and interactions
Build relationships and collaborate with vendor partners and TPAs to help facilitate joint GTM.
Liaise with industry associations ( eRepublic, NASCIO, NASTD, etc) and structure our participation to maximize impact
Actively promote Ensono and our offerings in the market via social media (twitter, LinkedIn, etc) with both syndicated and original content.
