Department OverviewThe Regulatory Counsel office serves as primary legal counsel to MSI and its affiliates on regulatory matters.
Job Description
This position can be based out of our Chicago headquarters or Remote in the U.S.
The Regulatory Counsel will serve as primary legal counsel to MSI and its affiliates on regulatory matters. This attorney will partner closely with other members of the Legal and Regulatory teams, together with leaders within the business units, to provide regulatory counsel on a variety of new and existing product offerings. The Regulatory Counsel will have a broad mandate to advise the business across its product offerings and create, maintain and/or assist with the development of effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including FCC and State PUC requirements.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university.
Juris doctor and admission to the bar in at least one state.
5 years of work experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
