New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories
- Generate new project ideas for categories based on strategic analysis by challenging existing portfolios and collaborating with external suppliers and internal business and operations
- Perform spend, contract and market analysis for assigned categories
- Conduct bid events, prepare bid analysis and make sourcing recommendations
- Works closely with factories, engineering, R&D, and broader procurement teams, while driving results and challenging internal and external stakeholders
- Generate materials in support of presentations, workshops and negotiations
- Provide necessary inputs for supply agreements and monitor compliance
- Manage supplier performance
- Ensure adherence and compliance to procurement processes and policies
- Stakeholder communication and management
- Supplier relationship management
- Deliver challenging productivity goals and create pipeline of projects
- Capacity planning and business continuity plans
- Ensure Supplier Quality Expectations compliance
- Support innovation projects through the commercialization process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Ag / Economics, Finance, or Engineering desired)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of research, commodities and/or procurement experience required
- Coffee experience and/or knowledge, preferred but not required
- Outstanding analytical skills (statistics, economics, cost modeling)
- Organizational skills (handling workload and complexity)
- Ability to interface with a wide variety of business situations and all levels of management, trade groups, conventions, etc.)
- Negotiations and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
