As the Finance lead for SnackFutures you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on our portfolio of Venture Investments, working with our portfolio companies to improve their P&L's, building financial assessment models and business plans to support our investments, managing the SnackFutures budget and running analytics from our CRM Tool, "Affinity" to support the running of our investment pipeline. You will also - as all members of the SnackFutures team - be responsible for engaging in the investment and early-stage eco-system - identifying, screening and engaging with potential investment opportunities

How you will contribute:
- Regularly analyze and report on overall and individual portfolio performance
- Work closely with the SnackFutures Director (Portfolio) and the Founders and management teams of our portfolio companies to improve financial performance
- Build financial models and business cases to support investment proposals
- Screen and assess investment opportunities
- Conduct deal flow analytics and manage the SFV budget
What you will bring:
- Strong finance background gained in finance business partnership/FP&A roles, investment banking or CVC/VC.
- Deep understanding of the end to end aspects of finance in consumer packaged goods
- Ability to assess all commercial and financial aspects of a business, to challenge and to make recommendations on how to strengthen the economics of the business
- Strong analytical skills that can be applied to other aspects of the SnackFutures Ventures operations
- Willingness to role your sleeves up, be a great team player and get to know the world of SME's and venture capital

- Education / Certifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum; Finance qualifications Chartered Accountancy qualification preferred (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
