Job Description
The Manager, Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for establishing and enhancing the visibility and governance for central supply chain activities such as KPI-setting (via ABC, AOP, etc.) and transformational project pipeline (via Monthly Transformation Review). Additionally, this role will be expected to drive execution of 1-2 cross-BU initiatives. The role will provide high visibility to NAZ Operations Leadership Team and other VP-level stakeholders.

$102,100.00 - $127,600.00

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure stakeholder alignment for all zone-level KPIs to inform the Annual Business Cycle and AOP processes
- Own OLT's Monthly Transformation Review routine, providing structured process to escalate risk for any of the ~40 prioritized projects across the zone
- Own end-to-end project management for 1-2 highly strategic cross-BU initiatives
- Work cross functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics, ESG, Quality, Procurement, R&D, Plants and Finance on project management and KPI visibility
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and business case
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and deliver effective tracking, reporting, and communication tools to provide business unit and leadership meaningful key financial progress results and status updates.

- 3-5 years of industry experience with a track record of managing a portfolio of cross-functional projects.
- Highly strategic problem solver with a CI-obsessed mindset
- Able to use experience and judgement to appropriately identify and effectively manage risks and develop contingency plans to resolve, focusing on achieving results and setting challenging goals.
- Strong analytical and management skills, including conflict & change management.
- Exceptional program management skills to lead end-to-end partnership delivery across key projects.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills. Ability and comfort with routinely communicating with project owners and executive sponsor regarding project/program status.
- Ability to influence, working on and with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.
