The Crown Is Yours
As a Trade Operations Manager, you'll be the pulse of our prediction market operations by powering real-time trading, upholding market integrity, and shaping how customers experience this first-of-its-kind product. You'll help us build what hasn't been built before, and your operational grit and precision will help us define an entirely new space in regulated markets. Step into a role where the stakes are high, the problems are complex, and your decisions make a visible impact.
What you'll do as a Trade Operations Manager
  • Monitor inbound customer order flow and triage trade breaks, order rejects, or settlement discrepancies, escalating according to playbooks.
  • Conduct intraday surveillance for price anomalies, volume spikes, or rule violations and collaborate with Compliance on timely resolution.
  • Reconcile positions, cash balances, and fees across internal systems, the FCM, and the DCM clearinghouse.
  • Prepare and deliver end-of-day operational reports, including key performance metrics like fill rates, latency, and rejections.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Compliance teams to resolve trading or platform issues quickly.
  • Identify and escalate repetitive failure points in workflows that may benefit from automation or redesign.
  • Contribute to operational playbook documentation and ensure processes remain audit-ready and scalable.
  • Support shift-based coverage during live market hours, including early morning or evening rotations.

What you'll bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or exchange operations within a brokerage, fintech, or trading platform.
  • Foundational understanding of trading workflows, including order lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with basic SQL or BI dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly across stakeholder groups.
  • High attention to detail and a bias for action when resolving time-sensitive issues.
  • Flexibility to work early or late shifts as needed to support live markets.
  • Experience updating or maintaining SOPs or operational documentation.
  • Familiarity with CFTC-regulated derivatives, crypto exchanges, sports trading platforms, or prediction markets is a plus.
