Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. There are a few offices, but we totally outnumber the office dwellers. The awesomeness doesn’t end there, we also have:

We’re just gonna give it to you straight – you’ll:

• Own the maintenance and onboarding of loan officer customer databases – this helps to support your team’s marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the marketing director and our technical team on the creation and ongoing delivery of loan officer marketing scorecards.
• Be the primary point of contact for marketing promotional item vendors – negotiate contracts, ensure brand standards are in place and work on continually updating available products.
• Execute large scale promotional orders (i.e.,. seasonal magnets, holiday t-shirts, custom postcards)
• Preform ad hoc research as needed – no seriously, this is stuff your dreams are made of.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• If you’ve got a Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications – great. Now we love our educated team players, but if you’ve got what it takes come wow us!
• You are an extraordinary communicator – both written and spoken - with unsurpassed listening skills to boot.
• Heavy project management and organizational skills – ya gotta have’em – it’s a must.
• It’s the 21st Century, you should know the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel skills is a must have – you’ll need to know more than basic formulas
