Marketing Communication Manager
The Marketing function will reinvigorate the Illinois Lottery brand through innovative insight-led programs such as enhanced games, effective social messaging and original advertising campaigns.
Position Overview:
Within Camelot Illinois, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for translating category plans and marketing creative into impactful retailer and consumer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of the marketing and retail communications budgets, including identification and delivery of new opportunities to make delivery of the agreed communication plan simpler, faster and more cost effective.
- Translate the overall marketing plan and campaign creative into impactful consumer facing retail strategies, including point-of-sale activation.
- Deliver best in class communications to sales teams and retailers to drive engagement and support the execution of marketing campaigns and other business priorities
- Responsible for the development, production and delivery of all retailer-facing communications to support brand and retail strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and distribute relevant business and category communications to all sales teams
- Support the retail capacity planning process to ensure sufficient time to communicate content and maximize retailer engagement.
- Support brand team strategies and objectives to maximize synergies between above-the-line activity and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Work with different teams across the business and take charge in getting to clear solutions
- Build propositions around the consumer and customer experience, applying insight to business problems and planning to decipher what matters and what doesn’t.
