We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment on a small, nimble team. Translation: you have an opportunity to make a big impact on Solstice and your career. In this role you’ll support critical event management and campaign execution facets of our marketing machine. We’ll looking for someone who’s not only adept at keeping deadlines, but who isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Organizing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Working directly with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Designer to support the organization and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Conducting Marketing Research for service line and campaign initiatives
  • Supporting CRM and Email Marketing to various clients and prospects
  • Organizing the strategy and execution of Social Media Marketing
  • Working directly with the sales and business development teams to support sales enablement efforts
  • Assisting in managing business development leads from Marketing team efforts 
  • Helping to optimize keywords for SEO and tracking marketing analytics
  • Managing and coordinating Solstice events
  • Internal and external strategy development
  • Planning, execution, retrospectives and follow-up
  • Working with Solstice presenters to build presentation
  • Budget management

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Strong project management skills - experience seeing a project from ideation through execution
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Event planning and management experience 
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiar with digital campaigning and digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing (agency experience or client side)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required

What are some social events your company does?

Solstice celebrates holidays with our office in Argentina - our US offices have introduced Argentina to Halloween, and the Buenos Aires office introduced the US to “Friends Day” in July. We also have a book club, a board game club, football and a Bachelor fantasy draft, co-rec sports, wine tastings and happy hours to celebrate new hires.



What does your typical day look like?

No day is the same! The strategy team is the ideas hub within Solstice. We provide our clients with innovative digital approaches to their business challenges through hands-on ideation workshops as well as business, consumer and market insights. We partner closely with our cross-functional teams to drive and develop these recommendations.
