What does your typical day look like?

No day is the same! The strategy team is the ideas hub within Solstice. What makes someone successful on your team?

Successful team members put their own needs behind the needs of their teammates. In practice, this often manifests as empowering, challenging and encouraging teammates to step outside their comfort zone. Team members who lead others to success are far more successful than those who work only to serve themselves.
