Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and setup of real estate clients monthly on both Google Business Profile and Google Local Services Ads platforms.
- Gather necessary documentation and details via email to complete the setup and optimization process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact via email for clients during onboarding and ongoing support.
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues promptly using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Work directly with Google support teams to troubleshoot and escalate client-specific concerns.
- Create, edit, and maintain GBP profiles, ensuring optimal representation and engagement.
- Regularly publish posts and updates to boost local SEO and visibility.
- Continuously look for improvements to workflows and client onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing or technical support role.
- Preferred hands-on knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Local Services Ads or Google Ads
- Strong written English and client communication skills.
- Highly organized, multitasking ability, and detail-oriented.
- Background in SEO and basic design is a plus.
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
Rate: PHP 40,000
