This dynamic, rapidly growing company is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join its Chicago-area headquarters. This position is part of the Marketing Team.
Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to provide support on key projects and initiatives that enable the company to achieve its sales goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in establishing marketing priorities and costs such as research on paid media buys, trade shows and other tactical initiatives
- Marketing budget management and tracking
- Tradeshow planning and logistics
- Marketing performance metrics identification and reporting
- Salesforce and ActOn support, including streamlining the inbound lead process, assisting in lead identification/research, and supporting outbound email marketing initiatives
- Website updates and traffic reporting
- Data analytics projects such as:
- Culling demographic/psychographic and trend insights from Infutor’s vast Identity Graph (database) for use in Sales, Marketing and Media Relations
- Support of pre-Sales engineering in data test analysis and prep for client presentation
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to be a self-learner in a fast paced environment
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize
- Self-starter with a drive to owns tasks through completion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
