As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing client campaign deployments on rolling basis. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various cross-functional teams, including Account, Digital Asset Management, Creative, Creative Technology and Production to effectively schedule and ensure campaign success.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Optimize and Implement: Ensure campaign promos are accurately processed, optimized, and flawlessly implemented before submitting on our Content Management System tool.
  • Campaign Operations: Handle tasks for digital content, including organizing and maintaining creative assets, driving and managing campaign metadata, and implementing and verifying tracking elements.
  • Take Charge: Own active campaign work from kickoff to completion, ensuring all requirements are handled and performed flawlessly.
  • Maintain Standards: Create, develop, and maintain campaign operations processes, best practices, and training documentation.
  • Collaborate and Solve: Work with cross-functional teams to quickly solve active campaign issues and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Review and Optimize: Regularly review past campaign launches to identify and implement necessary process improvements.
  • Tech Savvy: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Communicate: Establish clear communication channels across departments and with clients, ensuring everyone is in the loop.
  • Document and Share: Develop postmortems and campaign summary materials with Account leads for internal dissemination.
  • Drive Automation: Streamline operational outputs by breaking down barriers and driving automation efforts.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a digital ad operations role for a media publisher or ad agency
  • Experience working with Airtable is a plus
  • In-depth hands-on working experience with a content management systems
  • Experience with direct reports
  • Ability to quickly adapt and evolve with new technology & tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and stellar attention to detail
  • Experience in building strong relationships with clients and co-workers. Be diplomatic, a strategist, and a clear communicator
  • Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • A commitment to exceptional service and delivery
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines and manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously
  • Experience working & communicating effectively with cross-functional departments; marketing, product and creative
  • Excellent Excel experience with knowledge on formulas with Microsoft
  • Experience and fluidity in working with various CMS tools
