Account Executive
Yakkety Yak is looking for an outgoing, creative content enthusiast to join our team as an Account Executive. With writing and communication as our main objectives, you will be immersed in the ins and outs of content marketing, social media, digital communications and inbound lead generation. The right fit for our organization is diligent, organized and has a combined love of writing and business. About the Role
An entry-level position, the Account Executive is responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, assisting with campaign development, and developing workflows for our clients, leaning on organization, writing and creative skills. Working alongside our Client Services Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and Content Team, you will play an integral part in executing strategies on behalf of our clients, while working in multiple facets of content marketing.
Responsibilities
Writing marketing copy for clients
Facilitating client communication, alongside the Client Services Manager
Play an active role in the development and execution of high-quality inbound marketing campaigns for all Yakkety Yak clients
Develop lead generation workflows through HubSpot’s marketing platform
Research clients’ online presence to better understand their brand and vision
Collect data to determine campaign efficiency through the development of benchmarks and KPIs
Communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to management team
About You

Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in communications, marketing or business
Background in writing and marketing, showcasing the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of a wide range of businesses across multiple types of content.
Entry level knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Creativity is a must!
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve creatively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to take your own initiative, own your work, but also work collaboratively with teammates in all departments of the agency
Technical Skills
HubSpot Content Marketing Training (to be completed after starting)
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Email automation in platforms including Constant Contact and MailChimp
Basic WordPress and SquareSpace knowledge (preferred but not required)
