We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the expansion of our Affiliate platform and strategy worldwide. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will assess potential opportunities and risks, develop ideas into a broad vision, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and develop a successful global execution plan. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with wearing many hats in a data-driven, fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively act as a steward for the organization, developing strong relationships externally with key businesses.

To be successful in this role, this individual must have a proven track record of leading affiliate programs for an international brand. You must be comfortable in a distributed workforce environment and be able to collaborate and work well with all levels of leadership. This role is based in our Chicago office and reports to the Head of Performance Marketing. This role will drive meaningful growth for a truly international brand. This is an exciting and critical role in developing the infrastructure and executional excellence to create a high-functioning marketing machine!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead affiliate marketing globally for the business
  • Develop a strategic plan that elevates ThinkMarkets above our competition and strengthens the offering for consumers
  • Lead the data collection and reporting framework for data driven insights with BI team
  • Serve as the key point of contact for global stakeholders on the affiliate business
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end research and recommendations to drive higher efficiency on both the user experience as well as the affiliate sign up and management process
  • Establish and build strong relationships with key publisher affiliates and networks around the world – scaling the model while driving continued innovation through the channel
  • Manage affiliate compensation tracking and continually drive data intelligence to minimize risks
  • Partner with finance to drive forecast for program performance
  • Create and execute affiliate messaging on key tent pole events to maximize reach and opportunity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing an Affiliate business (3+ for an international brand)
  • Working knowledge of marketing media and technology tools
  • Experienced in mapping reporting to customer acquisition while managing the CPA thresholds
  • Comfort with Google suite of products; Salesforce a plus
  • KPI driven and results oriented to drive innovation in the execution
  • Strong attention to detail and validation of programs
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Fintech or banking experience is a plus
  • Established affiliate network relationships globally is a plus
