Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build an affiliate program from scratch for our innovative UK student loan offerings. Your role will be critical to the success of the business – powering the acquisition of new customers and driving revenue. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing Fintech company that is helping students and expanding access to education in the UK.

This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

The Role

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will:

• Build a pipeline of potential affiliate relationships with leading sites in the UK

• Convince potential affiliates of the value and commercial opportunity of a relationship with Future Finance

• Grow Future Finance by maximizing the number of new customers we can reach at a given cost target

• Own the performance of the affiliate marketing channel – responsible for strategy, account management, reporting, and optimization

• Analyze historical data and trends to suggest performance improvements

• Collaborate with teams necessary to execute and optimize – legal and compliance, product management, dev, analytics

You should:

• Be passionate about helping students fulfill their potential

• Have 2-5 years of relevant experience building and managing an affiliate program

• Business development or sales experience a plus

• Have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills

• Have a broad understanding of online marketing, including campaign tracking and conversion funnel analysis
