Job Summary:

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be a vital member of our marketing team. You will be tasked with delivering high impact consumer and B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reinforce and enhance Keeper’s brand, and drive customer acquisition.. You’ll oversee relationships with current affiliate partners and platforms and develop new relationships to deliver impactful results for our business. 

Responsibilities:

• Own Keeper’s affiliate marketing program end-to-end, including growth strategy, strategic content placements, publisher recruitment and campaign management. 

• Develop program objectives in collaboration with Director of Digital Marketing and oversee KPI reporting that illustrates adherence to goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with strategic affiliates through recurring status calls, performance optimization and problem resolution.

• Identify new partnership opportunities to grow our program and proactively reach out to and follow up with potential partners.

• Collect and analyze campaign data, synthesize results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve performance.

• Manage all operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset management.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in business, marketing or a related field

• Proven track record of managing and growing an affiliate marketing program with networks such as Rakuten and/or CJ.

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships

• Ability to take initiative, operate as an owner and be proactive

• Superior communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal. 

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

• Strong project management and collaboration skills
