AGENCY MARKETING MANAGER

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives that support of the ongoing growth of product at Centro.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging for different market segments and partner types.
- Collaborate with sales teams to capture new content requests and update content libraries.
- Bring the Basis & Centro story to life by creating buyer-focused messaging, customer/sales presentations, web content and other customer-facing content for the market.
- Conduct market and customer research to gather data and insight about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process for the product, including key buyer roles and integrate this knowledge into product launch and demand generation activities.
- Develop the competitive comparison and objection handling materials for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations.
- Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use, or assist other internal teams in doing so
- Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product & sales team
- Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
- Pro-actively contribute to demand generation plans and content marketing plans, ensuring funnel content and outreach is aligned clearly to defined value propositions
- Support various strategic projects and initiatives to grow the product line
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement roles with proven results
- Experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing preferred
- Experience in adtech or marketing technology highly valued
- Ability to hit the ground running in a product marketing capacity
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills to business and technical challenges
- Technical aptitude to understand assigned products, with an astute knowledge of industry market trends
- Proficient in current marketing strategies and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to a wide range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Effective cross-functional project management skills
- Continuous learner driven to succeed and achieve significant results
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience
