About the Position
The Associate Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Manager of Acquisition and the Director of CRM in the growth and retention of the Slide and Raise Marketplace member base. This will involve contributing to the strategic planning and execution of omni-channel marketing programs including paid and earned media, affiliate partnerships/influencers, referrals/promotions, and email & CRM.
The Associate Marketing Manager will draft short and long form content for blog and social media posts, review creative assets to ensure accuracy of content, and schedule promotions in accordance with our campaign calendar. They will assist with tracking campaign performance by pulling relevant metrics from various marketing channels and BI tools. They will also focus on creating and managing a community of high frequency members to drive growth and usage of the Raise and Slide Web and app products.
Responsibilities
Assist in annual strategic planning, forecasting and quarterly OKR goal setting and tracking
Work closely with our affiliate agency to identify and recruit new partners to expand visibility and adoption of our member base
Manage and optimize relationships with current and new affiliate publishers, content creators, and influencers
Assist in scaling acquisition efforts across paid and earned media
Assist in the development and execution of CRM programs using email, SMS, & push notifications
Assist efforts to foster, grow and manage online communities across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit and YouTube
Help troubleshoot customer concerns on social media, respond to comments and work with the customer service team to address issues and ensure satisfaction
Write and edit blog articles focused on helping customers understand how to best take advantage of Slide for everyday use or life events
Create brand advocates from existing community members
Education and experience
Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising or related field
3-5 years of experience in omni-channel marketing including paid and earned digital media, affiliate partnership/influencers, referrals/promotions and CRM marketing management
Familiarity with affiliate and influencer marketing networks and how to scale them efficiently
Quantitative and qualitative balance; analytical skill paired with the ability to articulate and present your creative and strategic vision
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven productivity; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
