Summary

The Associate Manager is a part of Hyatt’s Digital Marketing team and will play a key role assisting on direct response campaigns across Hyatt’s portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on paid search and paid meta strategies, while also supporting the team where needed. The role will have a focus on retaining current customers and building greater loyalty /lifetime value over time while also growing the Hyatt customer base through innovative tactics and initiatives.

This position will report to the Manager, Digital Media and work closely with the International Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Social, and Marketing Analytics teams.

 

  • Develop, execute, and optimize lower funnel campaigns, with an emphasis on paid search and paid meta channels. This includes creating best practices, setting testing frameworks, and measuring results against KPIs
  • Coordinate the launch of new hotel support across paid search and paid meta channels, collaborating with the field marketing team to follow a process that adheres to hotel opening timelines.
  • Monitor paid search and paid meta performance metrics, analyzing trends and proactively making recommendations and campaign optimizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for paid search and paid meta campaigns, collaborating closely with field marketing teams.
  • Pull data for bi-weekly digital media reports to be shared with cross-functional teams and leadership. Provide paid search and paid meta performance insights.
  • Partner with the Digital Analytics team on data pulls, analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Assists the Digital Marketing and Analytics teams in the development and maintenance of a consolidated reporting dashboard for all digital channels.

  • Assist the Digital Media team in creating and sharing responsibilities, strategy, best practices, and roadmap
  • Maintain an understanding of current events regarding online advertising and communicate knowledge across key stakeholders

 

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communications, advertising, marketing, journalism or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with prior experience work for a digital agency/paid search agency preferred
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes and new technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform raw data into insights and recommendations Proficiency with Omniture is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, audience segmentation and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to impact and work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with numerous departments at the corporate office
  • Genuine team player, able to work well and pleasantly in a team and work independently for the teams and stakeholders
