What You Will do

We're looking to expand our operations team! The position of associate media director is an executionally-based role focusing on managing the client relationship and multi-platform campaign management from ingestion to completion. Responsibilities include:

• Manage post-sale client communication, maintaining constant communication before, during and after campaigns
• Organize campaign information and asset management through Salesforce and internal Strike platforms
• Coordinate paid media buying campaign management process, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting/insights and invoicing
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction delivering paid media toward agreed-upon KPIs.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of direct experience in digital media buying across all native ad platforms:
• Facebook Ads Manager (required)
• YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn (preferred)
• DSPs liked DoubleClick Bid Manager, The Trade Desk, etc. (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data analysis background and ability to clearly communicate reporting information to leadership and the client.
• Familiarity with Excel and ability to perform calculations with functions and formulas
• Attention to detail
