The Role: 

The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for leading projects and initiatives that generate revenue for the organization while delighting our customers. This high-impact cross-functional role is a critical hire within the marketing department at The Mom Project. This individual contributor will work mainly with the Enterprise Sales Team and will also support the Customer Success Team (SMB customers), and Account Management teams.

Essentials:

*Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Strategic Initiatives Team and Customer Success Team to form and execute the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs.

*Develop and orchestrate the learning agenda designed to acquire and retain more clients via direct and digital marketing, external and internal branding, comms, advertising, sponsorships, events, nurturing programs and content.

*This position will be responsible for client proposals, creative work, and high level account strategy with partners big and small.

The Details:

*Manage marketing funnel across lead generation, acquisition/conversion, and lifecycle/nurturing. 
Oversee execution, tracking, measurement, and reporting on marketing initiatives

*Collaborate with B2C (Community) Content, and Creative/UX, as well as SMB, Talent and Enterprise Teams for full strategic alignment.

*Provide market forecasts, reports, and trends, and perform industry and competitive analysis to assist in business development and inform the sales process.

*Lead and ensure the consistency in messaging, branding, content, look-and-feel of marketing materials and internal communications, coordinating and socializing across the organization

*Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email and direct mail campaigns, website updates, paid search, webinars, and participation in industry conferences and events.

Most importantly: 
*Make recommendations, take chances, launch experiments, report back and have fun as we bring more and more interesting roles to moms across the country while providing an excellent client experience.

Qualifications:

Experience with direct, database, digital, and/or direct-response marketing, particularly with ongoing improvement and optimization through A/B or multivariate testing

Experience that spans client size - where have you gone deep and what do you hope to learn? 
Self-starter; must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities 
Strong analytical skills, including using data and reports to review performance results, extract insights, and make recommendations for future actions.

Strong business and financial acumen, including skills with data analysis and spreadsheet capabilities, to recognize and quantify strategic opportunities; experience building detailed business cases.

Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail as well as ability to “drill up” and summarize information

Experience or quick to adapt with Hubspot and Salesforce.

3-5+ years experience preferred.
